Murray River Homes is a local family owned company, which has been building quality homes throughout the Riverland for over 15 years. Jim and Troy Pankhurst have over 60 years of combined knowledge in the building industry and they pride themselves in offering excellent service to create a smooth, hassle free building experience

We are an independent building company, not a franchisee of a national builder, therefore we are truly local. The number of quality houses built by Murray River Homes annually gives us the buying power to match larger non-local franchises and we therefore know that when comparing home for home our prices are outstanding. We use quality local tradespeople to produce a result that is second to none.

Our Riverboat collection of 24 designs was inspired by the period of our history when a new band of heroes, the Rivermen pushed their laden steamers to remote river outposts.

Vessels such as the Coonawarra, Etona and Avoca meant safety and comfort to the people of the outback. This security and comfort continues today as Murray River Homes strives to provide superior and affordable homes to their clients.
